Derviche Fabric Care Guide
To ensure your Derviche scarves remain as beautiful and luxurious as the day you received them, please follow these recommended care guidelines. Proper care will help maintain the fabric’s texture, elasticity, and luxurious finish, allowing it to look and feel its best over time.
General Care Tips:
- Avoid contact with sharp objects or rough surfaces to prevent snags or damage.
- Store your scarves in a clean, dry space, ideally folded or on a scarf hanger to maintain their shape.
- Keep away from direct sunlight for prolonged periods to preserve vibrant colors.
For all the fabrics (100% Premium Jersey Satin, Exclusive Breathable Jersey Fabric, and Premium Lycra Jersey Fabric), here’s a unified care guide:
Washing: Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle in cold water using a mild detergent. Avoid twisting, wringing, or using fabric softeners to preserve the fabric’s texture and elasticity.
Drying: Lay flat to dry on a clean towel in a shaded area, away from direct heat or sunlight, to maintain the fabric’s shape and quality. Avoid using a tumble dryer.
Ironing: Use a low-heat iron on the reverse side or steam lightly to remove wrinkles, ensuring a smooth finish without damage.
Additional Care Tips for Embellished Scarves (Strass):
- Always hand wash in cold water and avoid vigorous rubbing around embellishments.
- Do not iron directly on embellishments. Use a protective cloth if ironing is needed.
- Handle delicately to prevent detachment of stones or beads.
Makeup Stains:
If makeup stains occur, gently blot the area with a clean, damp cloth (preferably microfiber) to absorb the excess makeup. Avoid rubbing, as it may push the stain deeper into the fabric. For more stubborn stains, apply a small amount of mild detergent to the affected area and gently rub with your fingers before rinsing with cold water.
By following these care guidelines, your Derviche scarves will continue to exude their signature elegance, comfort, and sophistication for years to come.
